clearcut Pre-assigned Ticketing

ClearCut now allows for an event to sell, track, and validate tickets without a ticket printer! By using our pre-assigned ticket option, facilities can simply scan the barcode on a pre-printed ticket and sell in Point of Sale. The ticket's name and pricing details are automatically input onto the sales screen.

On average it takes ONE SECOND to sell a pre-assigned ticket!

How it works:


Step One:	Create the ticket name, pricing, and access control details in back office and then activate the ticket range. After activating your tickets in back office they become available for the sale in any Point of Sale workstation. If tickets are lost, they can be deactivated in back office to prevent theft.
Step Two:	Sell tickets in Point of Sale. Simply scan each ticket at a Point of Sale workstation. The ticket name and pricing is automatically input into the sales screen. Tickets must be scanned and sold through Point of Sale to mark the ticket as sold in the system and to relay the information to Access Control. The sale of the ticket also acts as a theft countermeasure since the ticket is not valid if payment has not been taken. Each ticket can only be sold once and will not be found in the ClearCut system unless the sale is completed.
Step Three:	Scan the ticket in Access Control.

	Ticket printer needed for each ticketing station.
	Tickets are printed at time of sale. Little waste.
	Ability to use touch screen order entry and quantity buttons.
	Printer prints at 2 inches per second. Each ticket takes approx. 3 1/2 seconds to print and cut.

	No ticket printers required.
	Tickets must be preprinted. At the end of the season there may be a little waste.
	Each ticket must be scanned. Barcode scanner required. Quantity buttons cannot be used.
	On average a ticket takes 1 second to scan in the system.
